I've Been Going to This Office for a Number of Years I've been going to this office for a number of years and my experience is always positive. The Dr. appt. is prompt and informative regarding the condition of my eyes. The staff is always courteous. The staff assisting with the eye glasses selection is always very patient and helpful.

My First Visit to Katy Location My first visit to Katy location. I was a long term patient at a different location, but the Dr whom cared for me for many years retired. Unfortunately, I had a poor experience with my 1st Dr. appointment (1st year substitute Dr as primary Dr was sick) and 2nd appointment with primary Dr. I considered leaving the Berkley network, but decided to try a different location. My Daughter Recommended Berkeley - Katy My daughter recommended Berkeley - Katy after her great experience. I have to agree. The professionalism and care were really wonderful. Dr. Bertrand was very thorough with her exam and answered all my questions. The Optician, Leslie, was very knowledgeable and friendly. I don't plan to ever go anywhere else.

Experience Began When my Husband Needed Cataract Surgery Experience began when my husband needed cataract surgery two years ago. He was so pleased with the results, that when it was my turn this year, I also chose to come to Berkeley. The doctors and staff are really great.
