Made Me Feel Very Comfortable I originally went in for a second opinion with Dr Canseco and she was awesome. Made me feel very comfortable and gave me great medical advice to treat my eye problems. I then went back for an eye exam and saw Dr Garrett. He was also amazing. I'm so glad i found this place. Yvonne helped me with new glasses and even stayed late to help find just the right ones. Can't wait to get my new glasses.

I Needed to Order Both Clear and Sun Glasses I needed to order both clear and sun glasses in a hurry. Leslie was prompt, friendly and very efficient. I have been helped by Leslie in the past and she represents Berkeley well with a smile.
I Have Used Berkeley for Years I have used Berkeley for years. They did my Lasik in 2001 and I have been very very happy with the outcome. As I have aged I did need some fine tuning to read the small print and have been very happy with the ability to get an appointment so quickly and order my glasses all in one place. The staff could not be better! I'm really happy that Joanne moved over from the Memorial location. Joanne and Leslie are awesome professionals.
The Doctors and The Staff at This Location are Great The doctors and the staff at this location are great. The appointments are faciliated by office start and someone directs you to the next steop so it is a smooth, comforable experience. Doctors are great and take the time to explain things to you. This is the place to go for your eye care needs. (Edited October 06, 2014)
Today Was Exceptional Today was exceptional. I checked in, filled out the appropriate paper work and was called in to have the pre-doctor eye work up. Once done with that I was brought to the examination room and Dr. Bertram, who I have always seen came in shortly after I was in the room. The exam was thorough and Dr. Bertram explained the results. I was then sent to the glasses department, where Yvonne Durand, who was great< helped me with ordering new glasses. The overall experience was great. (Edited October 07, 2014)
