Very poor maintenance service. They have been ignoring my maintenance order for almost one week. I called them at least three times. They are aware of my maintenance order and still ignoring it. Very unprofessional. I could not use dishwasher for one week.
This is an updated review about the Columbia community and Irvine company as a whole. We moved in 3 months ago and construction in the community has been nonstop. There was a kitchen repair that needed to be done for a week so I had to go to a friends house for a whole week. When I came back, the place was left a complete mess. You pay for the location. Lived in Columbia Court. The amenities stated were not the best. Laundry room is locked from 12 am - 8 am for some reason even though only people with key fobs could open the door; don't start a load of laundry at 11:30 pm. The pool near by behind the complex could not be accessed with the fobs given to us. You either needed to walk to Berkeley's pool instead or give the office your driver's license so they would give you a card. Moved in July and construction started immediately after our move in. Nothing was mentioned to us prior which is extremely frustrating, not to mention it's major construction so it must have been in the works for months before! All they did was give us $400 off a month rent but the noise is unbearable and the dust from the construction is everywhere inside the apartment even with closed windows.
