I would absolutely NOT EVER recommend these apartments to anyone! Different issue every single day here. Today’s issue is: my wash shut off half way through washing and when I called the leasing office they said there was nothing they would do to help me and I had to figure it out on my own and pay for a second wash. Berkdale does not care about the residents living here a pinch.
Pretty nice place, just the pool is rarely open. Same with the little gym they have.
Berkdale apartments are horrible , the worse place I’ve lived in thus far . Water is off or twice a month most of the time unexpectedly with no notification , the people working in the leasing office are 0% help with any issue and they absolutely rude with no common curtesy . Lastly I’m. Being over charged for mediocre services its ridiculous.I highly recommend not living here, don’t waste your time
Ironically, just because the Copper Canyon Apt. community is under new ownership and new management, I am not able to get my reimbursement of an facility failure in my apartment.
