They are always very nice and helpful. They know what they are doing and don't beat around the bush. I would recommend them to anyone who wants and old fashion family business.
Recently purchased the car of my dreams with the assistance of Dee Ann, who described the car perfectly and was able to hold it until I could drive 6+ hours to see and drive it as there were many other interested buyers. Her knowledge of muscle cars exceeded my expert I brought with me, very impressive! Dennis and Dee Berk have been nothing but fantastic to my family for the past 6 years I have been using their services. Repairs have been prompt and price has been more than fair. They stand by their work. I recently had an emergency vehicle situation that caused a major impact on my family. Dennis and Dee went out of their way to accommodate me and get the situation resolved. I have recommended many people to their shop over the years and will continue to do so.
What a great garage! I have never felt so welcomed and spoken to honestly at any other mechanics shop I visited. I took my car a Chrysler Sebring, to Berk Motors for inspection after a friend said they will not do me wrong. He was right! Not only did they find the things that did not pass inspection and replace them quickly. They also let me know what looked like it may not pass in the future so I can get it replaced/fixed before next year. Where do I start? Firstly, the personnel aren't even there half the time. Took my car for inspection and was told I needed several issues corrected. Dropped the car off for the repairs, stopped back to find nothing had been done. Was then told by the owner that he had decided not to work on my car because he didn't like my attitude- because I asked too many questions about the repairs. Seriously.
