I live in a Berik management building. Landlord is completely disconnected. No email, no phone, you can't reach anyone, ever
The absolute worst. Took us (international students) to court (!?) because they apparently could not find our payments, then to trial, only to drop charges by express delivery the day before (fortunately we did not pay lawyer fees because we knew we were in the right). On top of that, the most unintelligent people I have ever come across and I mean that - some of the employees (I won't name names) should not be able to hold such a profession. Berik has been great managers. They just rolled out a useful online system where we can check our balances and make payments. They are transparent and accurate in their financial reporting.
Our landlord was switched to Berik during our lease. We haven't been able to get a response on questions for over a month. Edit: please be advised that this management company has received a 1 star review from every reviewer except for Vraj Patel who works for Berik Management. Vraj has an extension on Berik's phone line and their reviews should be flagged for conflict of interest.
