Just purchased a used car from this place. With any used car, you may find some issues. We did. A quick message to the dealership was followed with a quick response back. With all the issues discovered, this dealership had a driver come to our house and drop off a free loaner car. Took our car back to make everything right, and then some. Not only did they repair the issues discovered.... they also made up a small bottle of touch up paint that I requested to pay for. They did this, no charge. Great company. Great salesmen. I worked for bergstom for a year and never cared for any of the salesmen. But Nicholas Brouillard 110% changed my outlook on bergstom all together. By far the best salesman hands down. Explained everything thoroughly. Made everything as easy as possible and not one hiccup throughout the entire process. That man deserves a raise!
I went to Bergstrom to just look and not be hounded by a sales guy. I drove around the lot for 30 min and when I went inside I was greeted by Damon Burke who exceeded my expectations! He was honest, kind and up front about the vehicle I was looking at. I will say it went so smooth and quick which is nice since other times I have purchased a vehicle it was an all day process. Go see Damon you will not be disappointed!!!
8 weeks of headache after headache… 8 weeks of EXTREMELY poor service from our sales person as well as the sales manager. 8 weeks of constantly having our car taken from us to be looked at and being told over and over again that nothing was wrong with the car when it was clear that the car had a bad transmission. Worked with Kara and purchased a new Hyundai Accent with my daughter on June 19th. Came back today and purchased a new VW Jetta with my son, again with Kara. Her professionalism, eagerness to research the “just right car”, patience and ability to answer our questions was amazing and greatly appreciated. We will be back to work with her in the future and would highly recommend her to family and friends. Bergstrom will sell you an extended warranty without the proper paperwork or any explanation and when something covered goes wrong and is not covered because something was not explained and proper paper work was not given to you such as a manufacturer manual they will simply chalk it up to they no longer do business with that company so it’s not their problem. So the customer is on their own. Avoid buying anything from Bergstrom as they do not care about the customer only their bottom dollar.
