I bought my GMC Terrain in March of last year. started having problems immediately. Now the engine is bad and they want 7k to fix it! They have been no help and nothing but rude about this. Worst part? This isnt the car I was going to buy. I got talked into it by a sly salesman. Im willing to bet they all knew about this car's problems. Bought another car from them a couple months ago and have 3 kids who will need cars soon. Bergstrom will get no more of our business!

The staff greeted my hubby and I at the door, held the door for us to enter, and Adam, our sales representative, was right there to meet us. We walked out with a great and reliable vehicle for our family, met some wonderful, very hardworking staff like Danielle, and we would go back again! Thank you!
I was told on dec 26th 2016 by a manager that it would be 2 weeks to fix Bergstroms error. I was then told on Jan 11th they had a call into the dmv and it should be fixed. I called on the 14th when they did not call me back. The manager called me back today the 17th and said it could take up to another week. This issue started way before the 12/26 and when a manager gets involved it still takes over a month. At no point has anyone offered me anything for my time and frustration.
Bought our oldest daughter a used car last week. Great experience. This week I had some pointless dent removal done on my Jeep. Beautiful work done on the dent in question as well as a couple others for LESS THAN the original quote. Fresh cookies and a car wash too !
