RecommendedAbout a month ago I reached out to Bergstrom about a closed recall on my Mazda. The staff went above and beyond to help with having this recall serviced even tho the recall was thru. The work performed was professional grade work and better yet I was given a Grand Touring cx5 as a loaner while my car was in. Thank you Bergstrom!
Have been trying to get with the finance manager for over 3 weeks to purchase a lease vehicle. No return phone calls. Stopped in to see him and a sales representative told me he would be busy the rest of the day with customers who were purchasing new vehicles. Ended up going to Holiday Mazda who took care of me in less than 24hrs.

RecommendedI went in for an oil change and was told it would be done within the hour. 1 hour and 20 minutes later I got a text saying the oil change was done but they were waiting for the car wash. I went out and asked if I could just have my car because I was going to be late. And they kindly offered me a free oil change next time. That is how you keep business. Thank you very much!

He went out of his way to find different options he thought would interest me. I appreciate all his time and patience, a lot of patience!! I'm sorry we couldn't make a deal.
