This is my third time purchasing a vehicle from Bergstrom Used Car Center of Neenah. And this is my third time buying from Bradley Thomas. He is a great person to work with. Bought a Gmc Envoy Xl and Jeremy Jost was the sales rep who helped us, he was outstanding, super friendly and went way beyond what was expected to see that we were happy and to help us with everything. service tech and financing dept were also great. will be making our future purchases from them and hopefully dealing with Jeremy Jost in the future.
We have bought a a few cars over the years from Jeremy Jost. My husband puts on a lot of miles and Jeremy has always gotten us in the perfect car. He listens to us and recently sold my son a truck. Great sales staff and great dealership.
Dealership knows how to be charming and talk with a silver tounge. But once you get past that the are bunch of crooks. I recently presented them with a car for sale/trade in, I did my homework before arriving and had KBB and NADA price guide print outs along with posting of similar cars on their lot. Well similar in brand but twice to triple the miles and half the options they quoted me 7900.00 below value and when confronted with prices and comparisions they froze up and had nothing to say. How could you sell a car with so much stop leak in the radiator that the antifreeze turned to sludge?! I was stranded out of town because of this sludge overheating. I wont be buying another car from you again, thats for sure!
