Leah was very professional and helpful in the purchase of my 2021 f150. Later after the purchase I had some questions I came in and they were taken care of.
I want to thank the Service Manager, his team and the GM at Neenah Bergstrom Ford for remaining professional and patient while working with us through an unexpected service issue. Through this frustrating issue it became very obvious that Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Care and Guest experience is their first priority. Thank you.
they do the upfront pricing so they say its the lowest. but when you are actually buying the car they then throw on the taxes and fees etc. which would add $1k-2k
Ally was awesome! I walked in to schedule a service appointment. Even though she was busy she took the time to listen to My needs and helped me schedule my Maintenance needs (I’m not good on computer) Before I left she went over exactly what I wanted and confirmed all my requests. Ally was very professional and friendly. She is a great addition to the service department. Thank you Ally
