Overall not very impressed with my service visit. I had an issue pop up on my Mach-e the day before we had a large road trip planned. Due to time constraints I had to have the vehicle towed over to the Neenah Ford Location. I had reached out to make an appointment prior to the vehicle arriving. (The scheduling person was very kind and very polite on the phone.) Great dealership, service for purchasing a car, getting an oil change, and new tires. Friendly, fast and efficient service. Highly recommend them.
Great service experience, start to finish. Efficient and professional, and they have a nice waiting area where you can get some work done while car is being serviced.
