After an incident in fall of 2025, I said I'd never go back - but of course, got a recall notice so you have to go to a dealership. So I went in April 2026 and Bergstrom Ford of Neenah WI left the WHEEL detached from my vehicle and sent me out on the road. When I called from the road, the service guy told me I had to drive it back to be looked at instead of coming to get it.
