Bergstrom ford Neenah service is the absolute worst service department around!!!! Overall not very impressed with my service visit. I had an issue pop up on my Mach-e the day before we had a large road trip planned. Due to time constraints I had to have the vehicle towed over to the Neenah Ford Location. I had reached out to make an appointment prior to the vehicle arriving. (The scheduling person was very kind and very polite on the phone.) Leah made the whole process extremely easy. We agreed on a price. Docusigned all the paperwork. Came and picked up the vehicle in under 30 minutes. Great service. Will be back.
