We had a smooth and professional experience
This was my second time bringing my vehicle in for service, and both experiences have been great. The staff have always been friendly, professional, and welcoming. I haven’t worked with the same person twice, which I’m guessing is just part of how the business operates and that’s perfectly fine with me. They take the time to answer my questions and explain the work they’ve done. Based on the service I’ve received so far, I’m strongly considering making this my preferred dealership.
Excellent sales staff. Knowledgeable and efficient and made the process fast and easy! I cant say enough good things about Bergstrom Chevrolet.
The auto body technician did an outstanding job fixing my car. You can’t even tell I was in an accident!
