1) I was given an appointment at a time that you didn't have the right electrician so I had to leave the car overnight before it was looked at. 2) You found that there was nothing wrong with my car after looking at it and taking it on a short ride. Not even electronic analysis (sorry, can't think of the right word). That determination cost me over $200. Yes, I did sign on the estimate but surely a 30 minute drive should not cost that kind of money. I'm very disappointed with you. 3) This was the second time that I asked your... read more
