Have had 2 maintenance appointments with Bergstrom on our Silverado. Tech Mike did an outstanding job both times and service manager Jon was very efficient and friendly. Both went above and beyond with being thorough, kind and explanations. Waiting area was spotless. Even had cookies and coffee while we waited and they washed the truck before we left! Couldn't be happier. 11/10!

The service manager was very helpful and professional. The communication and sharing videos of the inspection were appreciated. Like anything, the price was more than I wanted to spend but the repairs have made a big difference in how my truck drives. Big props to the mechanic who did the work. Thank you.
