Absolutely 10/10 experience. Jared provided an exceptional buying experience and built trust from the moment I met him. I got to meet the manager Kyle and it only added to the experience. I can tell they aren’t your traditional car dealership and actually care about the cars they sell and the customers they service. They will be the first dealership me or my family checks for our next purchase.
After dealing with a different Chevy dealer for 14 months trying to get my adaptive cruise fixed, I took it to Bergstrom in Madison and they fixed it in 5 hours. This service department is top notch. I won’t go any tease from now on. Thank you guys!

Not a good experience appt made on app when arrived they were clueless not a good feeling you buy car there then the service wasnt good. They explaining if I needed filters, wipers. Not happy
