Bergstrom is amazing, they have always treated me like family at this location as well as the Cadillac location. I take my Corvette here for service and they are outstanding with every detail, Jesse in service goes above and beyond

I come in for a routine diagnostic battery issue radio problems. Battery says it’s good but keeps dying. Electric issues with radio beeps and headlights. After hours upon hours of them having my car, they finally tell me that they need to have it overnight because they can’t figure out the solution. I don’t hear anything until the next day around 11 AM at which point they tell me most of the technicians are at lunch And they still haven’t come up with a solution except for two do some software updates which I at that point t... read more
I would highly recommend Bergstrom Madison! I came in a few weeks ago to buy a used SUV and found a great deal on a 2023 Equinox. Both Hannah and Andy were awesome to work with. They gave me a great value on the trade in of my old vehicle and even gave my wife a complimentary oil change and wash for her car!
