They don't stand behind their work at all, I'm not sure if the service techs know what they're doing. Be careful, get your car thoroughly inspected before or after buying and within 7 days. Anything goes wrong after that it's on you. I bought my 2011 Subaru Forester from them in Late April of 2025. Thomas was so attentive and pleasant to work with. There was no pressure and we felt like he wanted to meet our needs.
They changed the oil and rotated the tires in about half hour. Really appreciate the service.
