The service on the car itself was fine but the service department itself leaves a lot to be desired. No one greets you when entering the garage. The service coordinator employees sit in their offices that are located on the sides of the garage and the offices aren’t clearly marked. Furthermore they don’t even acknowledge that someone is wandering around looking for help. It would be a great benefit to have someone to greet customers upon entering the garage and directing you to the service coordinator.
Great experience. Jackson W. was extremely helpful, proactive, and efficient. We were able to get a lot done virtually before I arrived. I only spent around 45 minutes at the physical location before I had new keys. Highly recommend reaching out to him for your next vehicle.
