Bought a Cadillac XT5 and we love it. Peyton was excellent. We had a unique situation and he did everything to help us figure that out.
Salesman J. Smith is working with us to find a replacement car. He has gone above and beyond customer service (more like lip service from many businesses these days) even coming in and spending most of his day off to help us. He explained the cars features thoroughly and answered all our questions we think honestly. He is a very personable guy and made us feel comfortable. We may or may not buy a car from this dealership but if not it won’t be because of the treatment we received from our salesman.
Peyton Apel was super helpful with the trading in of our old car and purchase of our new one! He had great communication through the process and helped us find what we were looking for.

Recently, we went to Bergstrom Madison to view a car which was transferred from their Oshkosh location. Upon our arrival, the car was running with the AC on and we noticed there was a baseball size dent in the fender as well as a cracked grill on the vehicle. We opened a door and smelled the distinct odor of cigarettes and observed how disgustingly filthy the interior was. It was never detailed for the presentation to us.
