Bergstrom Cadillac is great! We worked with Peyton and Clint throughout our journey of leasing a new vehicle. They were both friendly, professional, and made the whole process very efficient and smooth. We've been leasing vehicles for many years now (with various dealerships) and this was the most streamlined experience yet!
Although I do not live in Madison, I was in town professionally and decided to make the most of a little downtime to have my vehicle serviced at this facility. Even though they are under construction, the people who work there made it a warm and inviting experience. I'm personally grateful for the opportunity to discuss my experiences with my first electric vehicle and get to know the team. As a result, I'll be likely to return with this and my other cars in the future. Thank you!
Went to Berstrom’s Cadillac in Madison. I had a #Warranty warranties are supposed to be and this is the reason why you get them so you don’t have out-of-pocket expense well I did when I went there $1558. It’s ridiculous. The service sucked. Service manager was rude outright rude. I couldn’t get a courtesy vehicle and the warranty pay for that. I had to pay for parts and I had to pay for labor because as they said it who else is going to pay, I had a bad experience it was on a warranty on my Cadillac and I’m just not Happy ab... read more
