Yesterday I was cut off and almost ran off the road by a Bergmann heating & air van. They just happened to be getting off the same exit that I was so when I pulled into the Maverick gas station I was appalled to see them pulling into the liquor store, the driver jumped out of the van stumbling into the store then they left once his purchase was done!!! Id give negative if i could. I just recently moved into a apartment after living in a rv for a year, we've been having problems with the heater and thermostat. There labels are placed all over the heater so I called them to see if they can help and the guy on the phone was extremely rude, also found that there website lies as it says free consultation but the guy wanted to charge me $70 to send someone. There's a flashing light and the landlords said that the filter was changed..
They were quick, punctual, and provided great value. Their technician, Guy, was a straight shooter and easy to work with. I’d recommend Bergmann to anyone who needs work on their furnace.
The blower froze up on my furnace. Bergmann Heating and Air was able to come out within 24 hours of calling. The repairman checked to see if my furnace was still under warranty. That saved me a lot of money. The repair was done efficiently and in a timely manner. Another company was going to charge me twice as much for the repair. Thanks again for your great service!
Drive like idiots, we're trying to force people out of their lane and swerving in and out of traffic coming down from pack city, if this how they act I wouldn't want them any where near my house or business!
