The dental tech I always get is wonderful. She always asks how I'm doing and if there is anything going on or giving me problems and she "listens" to anything I describe. Then the thorough cleaning & polishing with numerous breaks for rinsing and evacuation. Then Dr. Bergman comes in and goes through the same "how am I doing and are there any things giving me issues". He also "listens", does is own examination and wishes me good luck for continued good health or starts explanations of options or courses of action if there ar... read more
I know it sounds like a broken record, but I'm always amazed at how wonderful Dr. Bergman and his staff are following my appointment. From the moment you walk in the door until the time you leave, every member of the staff treats you with kindness and a level of professionalism beyond compare. I truly can't imagine there is another dentist in the greater St. Louis area that creates this kind of welcoming atmosphere and I look forward to continuing with them for years to come.
I am one of those that has fear in going to a dentist. Not any more! This was my first visit and I will have no problem going back! Great people, great personalities, and great dentist!
