I have called 5 times over 7 months to get my car in for a total of 3 recalls. Each time I get told that this other department will call me back when the parts are in, to make an appointment, or other reason that they can't help me at that time. They "understand my frustration" yet I can't get anyone to make an appointment to fix my Lincoln. This is not just for recalls that they do not want to return calls. Terrible service dept. I have Black Label Navigator supposed to come with impeccable service...just the opposite. Valet pick up and delivery back....'Too busy'. Loaner car when bringing in for service...'don't have any'. Wanted Recall warranty work done from 3 notices received from Lincoln.....'separate department needs to schedule that work...can't guaranty will be done same time as routine oil change, etc'...even knowing I have 2 hour round trip to drop off car. I really wish I could review the service department but I can’t even get an appointment.! I have been waiting for them to call me back for about 6 months now with 2 recalls to address. 🤷♀️
Great place, great selection & people. Working with Isaiah was an excellent and efficient experiance. He answered all our questions (there were many) and settled all our concerns. His manager, Shane was also very helpful. Highly recommend.
