Very disappointed in your service department!! A simple fix that I was told would take 3 days has now turned into 9days!!!!!! Between someone ordering the wrong part to fix my vehicle to being told the mechanic working on my Kia is off for the day(is he the only mechanic??)

Maybe by starting with the KIA Service department. Had my vehicle serviced there for a transmission problem which was covered under warranty. While vehicle was there received phone call from Gary Stavish telling me KIA recommends changing fluid at 50,000 miles and I had 71,000 I responded by saying you drained the transmission to replace the wire harness he said true but we will put the old fluid back in.
