Terrible experience ordering a 48" table extender with Berger. Bogus and false information. They did not offer me correct options which they have at much lower cost until AFTER I received the item and complained. Paid double the price for a piece of very poor quality, four parts of cheap construction and had to wait 4 weeks to get it! Misinformed of what I was buying by the lady sales agent Sherri and no recourse when I called to complain. Order placed and received 5 months ago with great service. Placed another order in May and have had nothing but trouble. Lies, stalling, lack of follow up. Order was supposed to be 4-5 weeks and is not here yet (almost 9 weeks). General manager (Ryan Skidmore) doesn't respond to emails or call back. Extremely poor service.
I placed an order for a custom dining room table pad in July 2020 and after many months of waiting and many different excuses for not receving the pad, I requested a refund. I spoke to Rep Mike and Supervisor Ryan several times...crickets...no response after leaving multiple messages. As of today 12/4/20, I still don't have my pad (which I no longer want), no refund, no reply...nothing. Will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau.
