The staff know what they are doing and go out of their way to help - giving me free temporary contacts when my order is taking a long time, trouble-shooting a problem with my cleaning solution, and switching me to a different system, which solved my vision problem. I hope they are around for many years to come as I wonder if newer businesses have the experience to pinpoint how to solve problems so quickly.
