I bought a couple pairs here and Lina's costumer service was impeccable. If she isn't there, I would wait a few days just to deal with her directly. My Fiancé is a returning customer and he got over 4 pairs there now and also raved about Lina's service. Definitely "a gem in the rough". Best part was right next door I got my eye exam and it was the most affordable eye exam in town. (Trust me, I compared prices with coworkers too)
I don't typically bother with negative reviews, but this place has possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It was bizarre and surreal. Very old and stale, like the mall itself.
Always the best service. So kind and caring. Never leave without smiling! Best of the best!
Great people, great service clean and professional. Only once have I waited past the expected date for repairs (by one day). Absolutely recommend.
