Very quick to get in and out for an oil change. Took about 10 minutes. Very professional.
We had our vehicle in for work that this service department told us we needed done. After they had it for nearly a day they said it was done and they didn't find anything more needing to be done. Shortly after leaving the check engine light came on (wasn't on when dropping it off). Now after bringing it back to have then tell us that originally the codes said we needed nearly $10,000 worth of work done and what was done was external issues, not the internal. The repair work was 100% satisfactorily It was the SERVICE ADVISOR Bryce Ciganik who was extremely unprofessional…. AVOID THIS GUY and you’ll be FINE!
Most of the communication felt like the same repeated lines without actually answering my questions. I had to chase updates myself, and the information I received wasn’t clear or complete. I ended up calling GM directly to get information the dealership should have provided. The explanations I received from the staff were inconsistent and didn’t match what GM told me.
