No reason to call anyone else, Berger Heating does great work and priced super fair. Same day response - especially in the hot summer months. Thank you Ralph!
Berger hearing replaced a water pump & 2 days later it was making the same annoying sound. I called them & I still have not gotten a returned back. Call them 1, 2, 3 & probably 4th & 5th time. They're dogging me or they know what they did. "Replace the water pump" took my money & ran.
We had a great experience with Berger. Heating. When our furnace stopped working, Ralph came out to do a same day repair at a fair price. The issue came back two weeks later (due to a defective part) and he came out same day again to make it right- no questions asked. Ralph is an honest & experienced pro that takes pride in his work. I STRONGLY recommend people give him a call if they have anything he can help with!
I contracted with Ralph Berger to install a new boiler for $21,000. He did the job. But the radiators still don’t fully fill. He’s not returning my calls. He has made good on it now.
Berger Heating is a smaller, family owned business. They have been very reliable to work with and their prices are super fair. Berger has done everything in our home from minor repairs, maintenance, and wear and tear fixes to the installation of new water heaters. This is not a website or phone app business. When you call, you speak to the owner, he tells you what he can do, then boom. Old school in a good way. I like that these guys are local Chicago folks.
