RecommendedI would like to shout out Berger Hardware in Hawthorne for doing what Lowe’s would not! I was missing a small piece to a towel rack and I’m guessing he was the owner or something and he helped me tremendously find the right piece and i hope he see this because we chose the right size of screw thing haha. Just had dryer delivered. A very easy process. They matched the price of Home Depot, perfectly coordinated with plumber and arrived ahead of schedule. Everyone was very pleasant. Happy to support a local business.

Finally great to go to a store with great customer service. Home Depot just has a bunch of people who never know anything. Everyone at Berger was knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful.
Great service and products at reasonable prices. Been a customer for years and also our Thornwood Fire Department depends on Bergers for all our hardware needs.
The nicest and most helpful people. Highly recommend over any other hardware store including the big ones. Could not ask for more, they are this great.
