When I leave the store, I have exactly what I need or a referral to a place I can go to get it. These people know their stuff and are never afraid to help even when they aren't going to make a sale.

Excellent customer service! Upon purchasing a new home, one of the first purchases was a natural gas Weber grille from Berger Hardware. After Assembly I learned that the gas line in our home had been capped and the solution to fix it was not going to be easy or cheap. I contacted Mike at the Berger Hardware store in Port Chester and not only did he swap at our gas grille for the propane option but offered to have it delivered and Assembled the new one for us the very next day!
