OTIS TERRACE APARTMENTS managed by BERGER ENTERPRISES who allow the resident manager of the apartment who receive sensitive documents and deposits and steal money from a deposit I made. The deposit receipt states $600 and they asked me for $800. I gave that amount of $800 and due to the lack of material facts and the untimely response to those material facts I asked for, ie, square footage, pictures of the unit, storage, and parking space location. Cool old historic building in a great part of Oakland. But old buildings have issues and there were almost two dozen issues this unit when I moved in. Berger needs to up their game. Our water is off so often the service level is so so poor. Very high price. Below average service.
