Love Dr. Berger and his staff. Thoughtful, kind and pain free !!
Dr. Berger made the numbing-up process as tolerable as anyone could. He explained each step and showed genuine empathy when the needle caused a sudden reaction due to pain. The hygienist kept me informed of each step in the process as to what would happen next, which helps one's mental preparation. She was both thorough and as gentle as the task allowed. Overall, the entire office displays a high degree of professionalism and humanity.
I enjoy my visits because the staff is friendly and concerned about my comfort, whether that means giving me extra doses of novacaine(!) or a soft blanket because I'm always cold. That's not to mention the great work that Dr. Berger has done to make my teeth LOOK like they're cavity free. PLUS he's always careful that the bill matches the work after it's done, even when that means a discount in my behalf! I'm looking forward to coming back in another 6 months.
If you must get a shot Dr. Berger is the one to do it!
