Our recent experience was excellent - as always. Dr. Berger and his staff are so friendly and caring. They take the time to describe in detail what needs to be done and answer any questions or concerns you have. Afterwards they make sure they provide follow-up care requirements and take time to explain if the procedure went as planned, any variations and, again, give you time to ask questions. The entire staff is professional, helpful, and friendly. X-rays are painless, cleanings are thorough, help with insurance issues is generous, and wait time is never more than a few minutes. Dr. Berger and his staff provide exceptional customer service and make you feel like you're their only client. My experience has been 100% positive. I came into Berger Dental for the first time nervous, with the majority of my front tooth in a plastic container! I left the same day with a fantastic looking temporary crown. I walked in crying, as losing your front tooth is a frustrating and nerve-wracking experience, but I walked out feeling so lucky to have found such a great dentist!
Great experience, office staff superior! Dr. Berger made you feel at ease and had a great chair side manor. I would recommend this team to all!
