I left a message at 7:30 in the evening that I had a crown come loose and that I wanted to come when they opened the next morning to have it recemented. I received a return phone call THAT NIGHT that I could come into the office first thing. I even recieved a call the next morning letting me know that if I'd like to come in early, Dr. Berger would be able to see me. I was able to get in, get my crown fixed, and was on my way.
