I had a terrible experience with Berger Allied Moving & Storage that I feel compelled to share. After my move, I discovered that my door threshold was damaged. When I opened a claim to address this issue, I was appalled by how my honesty and integrity were questioned multiple times. It made me feel like the bad guy in this entire situation, which was incredibly frustrating. The moving team was amazing, personable, packed and wrapped everything carefully, and made the move as effortless as possible.
UPDATE: Still waiting on claim forms for missing property. We moved on April 17!
There are (too) many moving & storage companies to pick from. Such a important decision can be overwhelmingly difficult. My wife & I did our due diligence & vetted over a dozen moving companies. The only company coming out on TOP was BERGER ALLIED MOVING & STORAGE.
