I would highly NOT recommend this dealership. I bought a 2018 Journey from them not even 5 months ago. I brought it back to them twice because of issues. thankfully it has the Dodge warranty still because it has now been back in a dodge dealership for issues 3 times. WITHIN 5 months this 2018 Journey has been in the shop for major issues 5 times.
RecommendedRyan is the man. I was looking for a good deal on a corvette and found one at Bergen Sales. Ryan made suggestions for financing invited me to test drive the car and held it for me while i secured financing. He was never pushy and answered all of my questions. 100% suggest contacting Ryan if you need a new vehicle and want a good deal from an honest person!
I have had the opportunity to deal with Ryan at Bergen Sales. I have never dealt with a more professional and helpful individual. Ryan has been upfront and has gone out of his way to make sure this car for my grandson has been taken care of. We had a couple of minor issues and even when it wasn't his responsibility, he made sure the car was operating correctly. I can't give any higher compliment to Ryan and the dealership. I am extremely impressed and will be sure to relay my experience and feelings about Bergen Sales.
From the moment we got there, Ryan was attentive to any inquiries I had and was quick to get any cars ready that I requested for a test drive. Within 24 hours I went from basic car searching to driving my new vehicle off the lot. I recently had an uncomfortable experience at a large dealership and I’m more than happy to say that we will be coming back to Bergen in the future because of the laid back and personable environment. great car dealer very friendly
Ryan helped me out with finding a car that worked for me, my income and my credit. I tried two or three dealers before this one, but none of them seemed to want what worked for me as much as they wanted a high dollar sale. Here, I felt like getting me in the right situation mattered as much as the payout. Five stars, and I would come back every time.
We had a great, no hassle, no b.s. experience buying a vehicle from Ryan at Bergen Auto Sales. I will definitely shop there again.
Between the incredible service and working with us to get everything to go through fast and smooth I couldn’t recommend Bergen Sales more!
