Their billing department is horrible. I paid the overpriced bill back in January and I still continue to get the same bill in the mail every month.

I am giving this office and the doctor 5 stars although this was our first visit. I took my daughter to see Dr. Kern. I arrived an hour earlier to my appoint. My own mistake. We did wait maybe close to half hour after our scheduled appointment time, but the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The doctor was very thorough and showed great bedside manner. Sometimes a little wait is not too terrible if you know the same attention will be given to you once you are called in.
What a wonderful place! Dr. Kern is very knowledgeable and has an incredible bedside manner. Sandra was so patient with our little one and was just an absolute joy to be around. The front desk staff were also helpful and super pleasant. It’s not a fun visit bringing your infant to a cardiologist but they kept our emotions balanced and seem to work beyond well as a team! Thank you for going above and beyond for us and most importantly, our little one :)
