RecommendedBergen Passaic Animal Hospital really cares about the well being of your pet. They treat them gently with plenty of care and respect. The groomer is amazing! I really recommend this place without reservation. They also take great measures when it comes to preventing COVID-19. Amazing team!

RecommendedI just brought my cat 🐱 Oliver for shots but also received a very sad news . My cat was very sick . Dr Cha was very understanding and gave me all options available and made the decision process much more comfortable. Thank you Dr Cha

Wait time too long. Dr is good. Girls that work in office part are not that professional. Not that friendly. Do not explain the routine of visits/follow ups. I do not have to wear a mask in my car. I’m not near you outside picking up my pet. You are not inside my car and you have a mask on anyway. 😳

RecommendedThey are VERY qualified and amazing. I just had to drop my cat off with a technician and I couldn’t go in with my 14 year old baby (b/c of Covid) but they made me feel so comfortable that I was very much ok with it. The vet called me multiple times and explained everything. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
RecommendedDr Cha and Dr Tiedemann are phenomenal!!! My cat Casper had a terrible skin infection that I now believe another vet treated incorrectly. They gave him such TLC. They were on point and found the right antibiotic for him. He had a small set back (no fault of theirs) and they are getting him back on track. The staff is amazing too! I gotta say that the actual doctor knew her stuff and was very thorough. The girls at the front desk are complete trash at their jobs though. I went there knowing what I needed for my dog, who had an ear infection. when I arrived at my appointment everything was kosher but I had an issue getting a price for the check up. they said it was going to be 90 for a check up on my dog. RecommendedDr. Tiedemann is fantastic! I couldn’t ask for a more compassionate, highly qualified, think outside of the box veterinarian. She has always gone above and beyond every time I’ve seen her with my chickens. I live three hours away and will happily make the trip when needed because of the stellar care she provides. Although I wasn’t able to physically go into the clinic today every time I’ve called the staff has been extremely friendly and accommodating.
