Horrible customer service from front desk staff, Michelle and Lisa. They make appointment mistakes and are rude. When you call them out on it they get disrespectful and are unapologetic. They also talk about clients behind there backs. I used to recommend this place, but with all the other options in Bayonne and terrible service I wouldn't anymore.
My husband and I are dealing with pain from an accident and the whole team has been very kind and helpful with us. Dr. Coachman educated us well with what's going on with our bodies and and always makes sure he's aware of how we are feeling each visits. Michelle in the front is friendly and always very welcoming. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care I’ve been getting at Bergen Medical sports and spine! I’m an old lady and has been undergoing physical therapy for osteoporosis.
