I fine this practice of doctors impersonal, I called for an appointment and nothing was available for two weeks , so I had to talk to another doctor who didn’t know the history of my medicine or medical condition. the doctor never has a appointment available, so why have this doctor. The phone is always busy. Then they don’t request a follow up so you are left thinking what should I do. They don’t call to see how you are doing . Doctors are great staff is wonderful! Can Never get anyone on the phone and the voice mail is the worst!
I like my doctors, but the office is a confused mess. It is practically impossible to get in touch with them. They make mistakes with appointments, prescriptions etc. They will blame the mix ups on covid or electrical issues, but it was this way before covid.
