Doctor Terzibachi is OK but office is difficult to reach..
Good afternoon, I am concerned that when I call your office during regular business hours, my calls are being sent directly to voicemail and I have not been able to reach a staff member. Could you please let me know the best way and time to contact the office so that I can speak with someone directly regarding my care and appointments? Thank you for your attention to this matter.
I have been going here for almost 3 years now and I have only had great experiences. The office staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful. Dr. Terzibachi is knowledgeable, caring, and patient. He took on my case when Dr. Rho retired and I couldn’t be happier with the hand over. He helped my family and me figure out that we had a genetic disease that affects our kidneys. He has been a Godsend for my family, we all see him now. 10/10 experience here. Everyone is amazing.
Worst phone reception I have ever experienced! Very unfriendly and unhelpful, especially for older people who need help with their medication!! Don’t go there!!
