They are amazing ! The entire staff loves and cares for your pet every step of the way. The atmosphere is very clean and very pet friendly. We feel blessed to have found Jill and her staff after our dog was treated very poorly at another local vet. We are so thankful for Jill and everyone at Bergen !
Dr. Shiffman and her staff have been amazing and so supportive through a really difficult time! Had to make a decision to amputate my dogs leg to save her life! It has only been a couple of days but she is doing amazing so far �
I unfortunately lost one of my pets the other day. It is always terrible losing a loved one, but Dr. Shiffman truly helped make it the least painful as possible. The way she explained in detail so I would understand what was happening and the compassion she showed was priceless in A situation like this. I can’t thank her and her staff enough for being so kind during a time when it was truly needed.
I had a wonderful experience. We will be bringing all of our fur babies here!!
I am just wowed by our experience. I can't thank the staff and Dr. Shiffman enough. The time set aside to simply educate us about our puppy and tips provided for training paid immediate dividends for us. In addition, the facility was beautiful, clean and did not even smell like a Veterinary Center. Not to mention how they treated Maximus (4 month old Silver Lab), and I was even more impressed by how reasonably priced it was. Just Wow! We are not locals and definitely worth the commute.
Dr. Levinson is awesome! She is so kind and thorough with my dogs! She makes herself available via phone whenever I have a question for her. She is so caring and listens to all of my concerns. She is amazing!
