I was very impressed with the gentleman who helped me with some old jewelry that I wanted to sell. His name is Kevin and he was very nice and professional. Not what you'd expect. Completely professional and very friendly atmosphere. You're greeted by Mackizzie who is an adorable and friendly dog, then Tim who is completely professional, honest and super helpful. I had no idea what I was doing and he walked me through the process. The rates for the going gold, silver and platinum prices are right as you walk in so there are no questions and you feel totally at ease. I always imagine that walking into a place to sell gold would be shady and more like a pawn shop. Fearing that I would be taking advantage of financially, I hesitated. Best service I have received in awhile. Tim was extremely helpful, courteous, and prompt. I came in yesterday and he inspected each piece carefully, separating the valuable from the junk. I guess I shouldn’t be too surprised at how much was actually real because most of it was handed down to me from my grandmother. AND I was paid far more than the other offers had been. These guys helped me out huge today. I handed them a handful of gold and silver jewelry, and they were super helpful in making me understand what was junk and what was really worth something. I will definitely be coming back here when I'm strapped for cash in the future.
