I have been trying get in touch with someone in management for over a month to no avail. You keep having maintenance call and do nothing instead. We have now been without heat for a month and 2 days. Maybe I can get a response by posting this.
Don’t ever live here unless you prefer homeless shelter quality of service. This encampment of a property issued my home to me before any inspection was done from the property management team. There were countless issues. No hot water, malfunctioning washing machine, stove pilots that don’t fit the burner, wifi Wouldn’t work because of so much debris build up in the telecom rooms, exposed plumbing in the bathroom sink, doors that don’t shut properly, broken garbage disposal, I could go on and on. This place goes through so many changes in management you never know how things are going to be from one year to the next. Sometimes it's awesome living there sometimes it's just awful. The back Court yard used to be a relaxing place to grill and sit out on the patio. Then they took our grills away. We have families who let there kids run wild until 10 at night and litter all over the deck. There's very little respect for personal space or reguard for noise levels.
