We just booted Bergdale H-D employee Klysen Schoolers from our group for his carp comment against a member that decided it best to trailer his his to Sturgis so he could bring his family. Terrible management to work for. Terrible customer service if they “don’t like you”. The service guys in the back are nice. Girls upfront are rude and will talk about you behind your back.
The store is always well stocked and organized. The staff is always pleasant an easy to approach.
M/C broke down (exhaust system). Mike and Klysen-Service Dept were prompt/professional and expedient about getting me back on the road. A very capable team.
Thank you for the 115th Anniversary Parade Pass, it was the highlight of our Milwaukee trip!
