As a home owner, this company is negligent and corrupt at best. The only time things went well was when we had good tenants and it was because of those individuals. They did not fix things, they did not clean in between tenants, they took our money. This includes a washer and dryer that the first tenants didn't want, it sat in the yard for over a year. We replaced the oven the 2nd year and just found out it has sat in the garage for 6 yrs. We paid to replace a privacy fence - turns out the work was never done and the broken ... read more

Bergan is very helpful and responsive. We've used them for several years and am very comfortable with them managing our multifamily building. They keep our lives simple!
Has not been an easy transition from our previous property management co.. the portal is not user friendly , delays in urgent maintenance requests , and no response from management when requested. Unsatisfied with this new team.
