This has been on of the best experiences I have ever had dealing with landlords. Cody is great, ask for him you won't be disappointed
We were charged over $500 in cleaning fees for something as simple as a wipe down from dust that accumulates over time. The reviews were not lying about their experience. I've never lost a security deposit until I moved out of own of the rental properties. The house was not move in ready at all when we came in. They took forever to come fix things in the house. Terrible management company
Completely understand, setting up viewing properties through the portal. Trying to talk to a live person much less the listing agent is impossible!! This is turned me off from going or attempting to see any of the properties listed with Bergen and company. Because if they’re like this when you want to give them business, God help you when your tenant with a repair request or simple question. I would think twice About attempting to use these folks. Oh wait, I’m not going to use these people.
