Completely understand, setting up viewing properties through the portal. Trying to talk to a live person much less the listing agent is impossible!! This is turned me off from going or attempting to see any of the properties listed with Bergen and company. Because if they’re like this when you want to give them business, God help you when your tenant with a repair request or simple question. I would think twice About attempting to use these folks. Oh wait, I’m not going to use these people.

All the positive reviews on here are fake. This is the WORST and most UNPROFESSIONAL company I've ever engaged with - regardless of the industry. They are unresponsive, uncourteous, unkind, and genuinely scummy. They do not care about any of their tenants and it shows, especially on these reviews. They will waste your time and waste your money. They will ignore you and your basic human needs. They will scam you and do everything possible to squeeze every dime from you.
