All the positive reviews on here are fake. This is the WORST and most UNPROFESSIONAL company I've ever engaged with - regardless of the industry. They are unresponsive, uncourteous, unkind, and genuinely scummy. They do not care about any of their tenants and it shows, especially on these reviews. I have been investing in real estate and working with property managers for 25 years and this company is the worst I have ever experienced.
Since 2019 Bergen and Company have managed our SFR in Denver and as long as they wish to manage, forever they will be our property manager. As an out of state landlord having worked with many residentail property managers in states CA, NV, NC SC, & CO, Bergen & Company ranks as the best in my experience. Can't even schedule a tour of a place without putting your social security number. I called and asked how to set up a tour with a real person so that I didn't need to put personal information. They said I had no option. Sounds like a scam to me.
