Laurel and Kendra were amazing throughout the whole process renting a house! They answered all my questions and guided me in a timely manner. I would recommend this realty company to anyone looking to rent!
Good home, Lots of Space and Big yard which is fire
Thoroughly unresponsive and negligent towards resident concerns. Failed to clean ahead of tenant move-in, routinely allow maintenance technicians to no-call, no-show scheduled appointments, work orders often go a month or more before being addressed, and emergency maintenance appears to be a joke. Their lack of accessible communication channels seem designed to maintain a hostile relationship towards tenants, especially given their insistence on preventing direct communication between tenant and landlord.
As a home owner, this company is negligent and corrupt at best. The only time things went well was when we had good tenants and it was because of those individuals. They did not fix things, they did not clean in between tenants, they took our money. This includes a washer and dryer that the first tenants didn't want, it sat in the yard for over a year. We replaced the oven the 2nd year and just found out it has sat in the garage for 6 yrs. We paid to replace a privacy fence - turns out the work was never done and the broken ... read more
