Claire's yoga program at Bergamos is amazing! I THOUGHT I was in decent shape when I decided to give yoga a try about a month ago (nope!) I'm hopelessly hooked on her almost-daily classes. My husband got me a gift card to Bergamos for my birthday. I was finally able to put it to use yesterday and got a full body massage and a facial. Donna was my massage therapist and she did a fantastic job! I am a dental hygienist so she focused on my problem areas like my neck, shoulders and back.
