Relaxing! My sister and I had massages here for my birthday and the atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing. We left feeling stress free.
Phenomenal Spa! I love this spa! I don't know about anyone else, but the entire staff has always been gracious to me. I do know that they have very firm late cancellation rules as well as no call no show policys. However, I understand that this is a commission driven business and if the therapists are not working on a client they are not earing a living so I would NEVER late cancel or just not show up for a reservation. I love the Green Peels and the series of massages are so wonderful.
Ms I have been a customer of Bergamos for 8 years. Today was the final straw! Initially I really enjoyed the facilities and felt the staff were top notch. Lately I've noticed the toilette that has been broken for months might never be repaired! The hot tubs never seem to be working, or if they are, they are luke warm at best. The lack of upkeep on the property has been bothering me for sometime. What did it for me was that I have had 3 different estheticians in a little over a year. Don't Gamble with your hard earned money !! I have spent a couple thousand dollars maybe more with Bergamos in Friendswood. I started by purchasing spa packages for my wife every year for her birthday and valetine's day and our anniversary and sometimes for christmas. Then we started getting the couples massages and going in on our own from time to time...ie we were very satisified with the people and services.....but as happens all to often when a business stops taking the time to listen to it's customers or taking there ex... read more
Bergamos Spa Retreat The "best" spa retreat ever!!! I received the full package of the mani/pedi plus an hour massage. They pamper you to the fullest. The atmosphere was fantastic. I hated to leave
