Very friendly and professional
Incompetent, negligent, unprofessional, and uncommunicative. Avoid these supposed "property managers" at all costs.
An absolutely useless management company. Letting an inanimate rock do their job will be the same but way cheaper and less annoying. They never respond to any inquiry, keeps having repairs ‘schedule for this May’ of never year, snow services are highly deficient and the overall maintenance that is expected as per the contract never happens. Owners end up paying themselves for anything, on top of the expensive condo fee of this useless company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Berg Property Management. Despite paying a premium for their services, they have consistently failed to meet basic expectations. Their response times are atrocious, often taking weeks or even months to address simple inquiries or maintenance requests.
