Dr, Berg is the only person I will let do root canals for me. He is fast and extremely knowledgeable. His staff is very friendly. Everyone in the office wants to make sure you have a great experience.

Dr. Berg is an amazing doctor! He is super efficient and knowledgeable! He helped make sure I was comfortable during my procedure and his staff was really friendly and helped to calm my anxiety!

Dr Berg is the most unprofessional dentist I have ever met. He is rude, arrogant, and insensitive. While having my root canal done he was watching TV as he abruptly and brutally worked on my tooth. After causing me great pain I asked that he pay attention as I was already in pain and was nervous prior to arriving. He became indignant and insulted me, then he said he was not going to finish the job. I insisted he do so which made him angrier. He finished but gave no follow up care or painmeds! ??

My dentist sent me to Dr. Berg due to some off again, on again pain under a crown that had a root canal 15+ years ago. My dentist sent me with an x-ray, yet Dr. Berg's office took another one. Dr. Berg came in, spent about 1 minute with me and then sent me on my way. Absolutely no idea why I needed to be seen by him, and absolutely no idea what is wrong with my tooth. Yet here's a bill in the mail for $136 for an x-ray, a pulp vitality test (which wasn't performed), and an evaluation. Racket!

Dr. Berg examined me for about 30 seconds. When I started asking questions about his diagnosis and recommendation, he said if I wasn't ready to have a root canal right now I should just come back when I was ready, told the nurse to show me a YouTube video of what a root canal is, and walked out.

2 years ago, I went to Dr. Berg without needing a Root canal and he was honest enough to tell me that I didn't need one. I went this week and had one done by his office associate and for the first time have found someone that I trust as much as Dr. Berg - who has done at least 4 other Root Canals for me. Other that these 2 Drs - NO one is allowed to touch my teeth for this type of care. Love this office!
