friendly and professional Excellent group of folks; friendly and professional. Fun office to visit. Reasonable rates and great service. Been going for years, and have always had good experiences. Atmoshphere, including other patients is always great.
These guys/gals are good!!1 I had popcorn at the movies and cracked a tooth. Went to Berg Dental and within 90 minutes had a new crown as a result of their "in house" technology. What great service and professionalism! I would highly recommend this group to anyone seeking dental work. These guys and gals not only take care of your dental needs, they're also a pleasant group who keep their patients first and foremost. Thanks Berg dentists and staff.
Best Experience Ever! I had an emergency root canal performed by the Berg Dental Group and can't speak highly enough about their professionalism. I was treated with every courtesy and consideration given my painful situation. Every step was explained to me before any step in the procedure was begun. Best dental experience ever I've been to several dentists and I was never comfortable with any of them. Some were unprofessional, some of the offices looked that they had equipment from the dark ages. And some were just downright not nice. I thought that all dentists must just be that way. The best Dentist in Town I have been going to Dr. Berg's office since, well to be honest it is the only Dentist I have ever gone to!! I have always had my teeth cleaned there, I got my braces there, and I also had my wisdom teeth removed there, and my experiences have been nothing but wonderful. This is a practice that is family oriented office that encourages kids to keep their teeth clean with prizes at the end of every visit, as long as you received a good grade from Dr. Berg. Dr Berg is great I hate to go to the dentist, but Dr Berg and his staff are great. Dr Berg is especially great with small children. He is very gentle and sweet. I am very happy with the cleanliness and how sterile this place always is. His staff is great too. Best of all, his commercials are funny and Dr Berg himself takes great care of his patients.
Dr. Berg is the Greatest We have been going to Dr. Berg now for about 4 years and he and his staff are the best there is. Granted I have had some problems with billing, but I informed Dr. Berg about it, which he was thankful about, and we got it all straightened out.
