Made appt online. Called number listed on website. Reception(guy) took my number, info on style of cut I wanted, and my phone number. I showed up at 2:00 today, January 2 nd at the salon and the person says she has no appt for me?!!? Guess I won’t be coming back there……. Didn’t even offer to reschedule me, never apologized.
