I dod not have a good experience with this firm. They lack professionalism and integrity.
My HOA has been working with Ms Hale and Ms Hapter with Birding and Weil law firm for several weeks attempting to clarify the HOA documents. This has taken weeks! Should be a fairly simple thing; read the HOA docs and follow the rules set by the association. The original documents were not clear, and they sent for more clear documentation. This firm has oversaw our community being pillaged by bad contracts and vendors for 5 to 10 years according to their attorney Michael Kennedy. He wasn't even exactly sure just how long when asked at the last meeting. Now he is wasting the communities' money by shielding the Boards' bad decisions. Please RESIGN!
