I visited this dental clinic, and I had a very negative experience. The entire staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. No one wanted to listen to me, and they were not willing to explain anything properly. I felt ignored and treated badly from the moment I arrived. When I came in, I was told that there were two patients before me and that I would need to wait about 10 minutes. In reality, I waited two hours. OMG!!!! Sitting in the waiting room waiting to be seen and the reviews I am reading while I'm here are absolutely correct. While I will say there is a culture disconnect it doesn't excuse the horrible unorganized staff and the very rude behavior. The guy answering the phone actually had a client on speaker phone for the whole lobby to hear. I had to tell him to turn it off but he refused. So be aware. Was referred here by Western Dental and am now in search of a different dentist. I got to the office probably 10 minutes after it opened and it was already packed with people. Everyone else in the room (other than the staff) were not white, and while I am mixed, I am white passing.
