Troy did a great job for me! His program for filing bankruptcy was easy to work through. The few times I talked to him on the phone he was friendly and answered my questions in a good manner. And Audra was wonderful on the phone and computer, also. I looked for a bankruptcy lawyer on line and found Troy's name. I chose the right man. I'm still in awe of how smoothly it all went. We live on the other side of the state from Troy but we are glad we hired him. Even tho we never met in his office, we talked to him and his staff alot on the phone and through emails, so it was no real difference then being in his office. He was always very helpful and polite, and he made us feel like what we were doing was okay and the right thing for us. My wife and me hired Troy because we were in financial trouble and we needed help. We worked with Troy alot and if he was almost always available to talk to us. The few times he wasn't available he called us back or responded to our emails quickly. He was very kind to us and we could tell he really cared. He didn't make us feel bad for needing help. Troy and his assistant did a great job representing me. They made my ugly situation not so ulgy. As for the cost...it was so very affordable for me.. I can not thank him enough for the time and effort that was givin. I have and will again, recommend Troy Berberick.
Slow responses. Troy is NEVER in. Never get a call back. If I were you I'd try a different law firm.
