I contacted Mack & Associates to handle a probate case after the death of my father. I was told the earliest appointment wouldn't be for over a week later, but agreed to the appointment as i wanted to just resolve the probate matters. I got a confirmation from the paralegal the day before confirming my 30 phone consultation at 10 AM. I made sure that nothing interfered with this important consultation.
